Campell Mithun Esty was redefining itself upon my arrival as Director of Design to the agency. After 70 years, the 90-million-dollar agency needed to show the marketing world that they were anything but business-as-usual. My group’s resulting design work maintained their heritage while communicating an energetic and vibrant personality. Utilizing a simple bold color “energy yellow,” minimal decoration and custom typeface Cambell Mithun’s new identity emerged.

This launch of the Campbell Mithun website introduced key agency players, award-winning case studies, and the agency personality and brand. The site remained consistant to the agency moniker “simple, human, surprising.”

Online profiles included video testimonials plus an opportunity to chat online with select agency players.

Comprehensive case studies allowed clients to review a wide range of current and past work. There was also a section that provided a small sampling of our early historical work – after all the agency was founded over 70 years ago.

For clients in faraway places, we created an interactive tour of the agency, updated weekly with streaming video and mobile uploads to give a flavor of the day-to-day vibe of the agency.
